In 2007 the State of Washington funded the WaTEP program at Eastern Washington University in order to expand the number of students served at the EWU TRiO Student Support Services Program located at the EWU Academic Support Center (ASC).

WaTEP is a comprehensive student support program. Our goal is to help underrepresented, low-income, disabled, and/or first generation students to stay in college until they earn a baccalaureate degree.

Participants receive tutoring, counseling, and instruction.
